Biography

I was born in Philadelphia, PA, but have lived many places throughout my life. I lived in New Jersey until I was four, North Carolina until I was five, California until I was seven, British Columbia, Canada until I was nine, and then back to Philadelphia for another twelve years. 

When I lived in Canada, I began figure skating and absolutely loved it. For almost thirteen years I was a nationally ranked competitive ice-dancer. I traveled all over the country and got to meet a lot of great people.

I gave it up a few years ago and headed off to pursue my love of baking. I graduated from Drexel University in 2011 with a B.S. in Culinary Arts and a minor in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship. After graduation I moved back to North Carolina and settled in the Raleigh area.

Baking and pastry is my thing; I love to make anything that has sugar or chocolate in it. I enjoy cooking as well, but making cakes, cookies, pies, and yummy desserts is my true passion :)
